| The New Ranger 5 |

International Cellulose Corporation is proud to introduce the Ranger 5. International
Cellulose Corporation has improved the Ranger in three ways; output blowers, electronic
components and a new fiber grate. The new model provides more safety features and has
a higher production capability. The Ranger 5 is CE compliant and allows contractors to
have 300 feet blowing hose capability. The new fiber grate helps improve the flow of
fibers and prevents foreign objects from falling into the hopper.

Level 1 & 2 training are now being offered to ICC Contractors |

International Cellulose Corporation (ICC), the leading manufacturer of spray-applied
acoustical insulation, announces the development and implementation of the Level One
and Level Two training courses for its licensed applicators. Level One and Level Two
are two continuing education courses designed specifically to enhance and further the
skills of its applicators to apply K-13 and SonaSpray. Level One focuses on ICC
equipment, troubleshooting, jobsite co-ordination, substrate preparation and spraying
techniques. Attendees are also instructed on the monitoring of correct materials-to-
adhesive ratios, proper ventilation, trim-out techniques, and clean up for a successful
application. Level 2 course encompasses a more indebt coverage of advanced spraying
techniques, repair and troubleshooting of all ICC equipment, technical data, and tactics
to increase production. These courses are recommended not only for field personnel, but
project managers and estimators as well.

International Cellulose Corporation is pleased
to announce that it is part of a featured article in Pet Service Journal,
September 2000 by John Knapp. The article details how K-13 can solve the
problem of noisy boarding kennels. John Knapp was quoted as saying, "I have
found a superior spray-on sound-absorbing material called K-13 which is
manufactured by the International Cellulose Corporation located in Houston,
Texas. This material has a NRC rating of 95 to 100. I have not found any other
sound treatment material anywhere near like it."

International Cellulose Corporation is pleased to announce that K-13 has been selected as the
exterior wall insulation for the Cleveland Federal Courthouse. K-13 was chosen
for many different physical properties including versatility, acoustics,
monolithic seal, and high R-value. K-13 is a spray-applied cellulose insulation
that has been used to insulate buildings and absorb sound for many years.
