Verbena Coffee features some of the finest craft coffee, espresso, tea, and pastries that Houston has to offer. Located in the upscale Memorial community the craft coffeehouse, which opened in 2019, has quickly become a favorite meeting place for locals due to its great atmosphere and inviting ambiance.
In order to create an enjoyable environment, the acoustics were key to the store’s successful design. Since most of the surfaces within the space consist of hard materials, which reflect sound, K-13 in light gray was selected for its exceptional ability to absorb excessive noise. Spray-applied to the ribbed metal decking, K-13 serves as an exposed finish that compliments the store’s modern yet cozy design. In addition to acoustic performance, K-13 provides thermal R-value and helps to reduce heating and cooling costs.
